KUMPUL Impact signed a strategic partnership agreement with Amartha to strengthen collaboration in ecosystem development initiatives in Indonesia.

The partnership was formalized through an agreement between KUMPUL Impact (Yayasan Ruansa Dampak Bersama) and Amartha (Yayasan Tanggung Renteng Sejahtera). The signing was represented by Faye Wongso, Chairperson & founder of KUMPUL Impact and Aria Widyanto, President Commissioner of Amartha.

Through this partnership, KUMPUL and Amartha aim to explore future programs, expand cross-sector collaboration, and support initiatives that strengthen communities, entrepreneurship, and sustainable ecosystem growth.

Building a Framework for Future Collaboration

The agreement creates a foundation for collaboration in ecosystem development, service initiatives, and future programs that will be developed by both organizations.

Under the partnership, KUMPUL and Amartha will explore opportunities for joint initiatives through future project agreements and implementation plans. Each program will include its own technical scope, targets, and action plans based on mutual agreement between both parties.

The partnership also outlines commitments related to professional implementation, operational coordination, and information management to support future collaboration activities.

Supporting Community and Entrepreneurship Initiatives

The agreement will remain effective from 25 May 2026 until 25 May 2027, with opportunities for extension based on mutual agreement between both organizations.

Both parties agreed to carry out the collaboration in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia and based on professional and transparent cooperation.
