PT. Indosat Tbk‘s CSR program, SheHacks 2023, recently concluded with an impactful Awarding Day on December 12, 2023. SheHacks 2023 marks the third year of a multiyear partnership between Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and KUMPUL.ID to bring innovative solutions to address gender disparities for women in economic outcomes, entrepreneurship, education, health, and the environment by leveraging technology.
SheHacks has acted as a key movement for women’s empowerment in recent years, starting by encouraging them to create change through digital solutions, now SheHacks has become a prominent innovative program for women to reach their full potential in entrepreneurship and technology, supported by KUMPUL.ID‘s vast network and large entrepreneur ecosystem.

The strategic partnership between KUMPUL and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison played a significant role in managing the entire program, from conceptualization to execution. KUMPUL.ID‘s strategic approach aligned with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s core pillars, emphasizing its commitment to accelerating innovation for women in technology, business, and entrepreneurship. The success of SheHacks in creating a sustainable community nurtures every SheHacks participant in each series, and its positive result extends to their families and surroundings, creating an impactful domino effect.
Since its launch in April of the same year, SheHacks 2023 focused on developing innovations for Indonesian women, engaging over 9,256 startups with 500 finalized product proposals, 8,000 innovative idea proposals, and extensive mentoring and incubation programs. Participants also had the opportunity to connect with investors and potential partners.

SheHacks 2023 ends with the emergence of three promising startups winning the MVP category: Algobash as the first winner, followed by donASI – donor ASI in second, and LISFIT Health Camp in the third position. Another six innovative proposals have also won awards through votes, namely Cinta Bumi, Declutter, and Wisehall in the Ideation Category, as well as Paradise, TrackHer, and Sunrise Camp Indonesia in the Innovate category.
During the program, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison connected the startups with selected companies to run their Pilot Project which helped them to validate their business faster. Startups in SheHacks proved this 2023 got a significant increase in traction during their session.
KUMPUL.ID expressed hope that this strong partnership with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison in SheHacks will enable more solutions to the challenges in accelerating entrepreneurship, connecting stronger communities, and enabling bigger potential for women empowerment in Indonesia.
