Starting with Asia-Pacific as a focus region, the program is dedicated to supporting businesses with a proven track record in accessible technology and beyond. The program is open to everyone, with priority given to founders with disabilities, especially women founders.

What is InnovateHer Academy?
InnovateHer Academy 3.0, an empowerment program presented by FWD Insurance specifically for womenpreneurs in the Indonesian startup ecosystem. This program is part of the FWD Community Care Grants, delivered by KUMPUL as a strategic partner, and carried out in collaboration with UN Women Indonesia.
What are the criteria to join InnovateHer Academy 3.0?
- Early-stage technology startup with proven traction
- Includes a female Founder, Co-Founder, or C-Level executive
- Has reached the MVP stage (proven product and business model)
- Has been in operation for at least one year
- Committed to participating in the full program over a 2-month period
Does this program require any financial contribution from the applicants?
No. This program is completely free of charge for all selected participants. Selected participants are not required to pay any registration, participation, or related fees at any stage of the program. All core program components, including learning sessions, mentoring, and program materials, are fully funded by FWD Insurance and KUMPUL.
What is the format of implementation?
The program will be conducted entirely online. All activities, including learning sessions, discussions, mentoring, and other program components, will be delivered through digital platforms, allowing participants to engage remotely without the need for in-person attendance.
What are the activities in InnovateHer Academy 3.0?
InnovateHer Academy 3.0 consists of a structured series of activities designed to strengthen participants’ capacities and investment readiness. The program includes five capacity-building classes covering five essential topics; four weeks of intensive mentoring with industry experts to support the development of a Proof of Concept (PoC) Pilot Project Proposal; one venture capital–led mentoring session focused on refining startup storytelling and pitch delivery; and one-on-one meetings with Investor Partners to explore potential investment and strategic collaboration opportunities.
