Momofin: Identifying the Risk and Building a Safer Digital Environment

Gregorius Yoga Pratama, Co founder and CFOO of Momofin, began his work in e stamp distribution and soon observed a pattern that influenced many organizations. Digital documents often circulated without clear verification, which created opportunities for manipulation and fraud. This situation raised concerns about how businesses could maintain trust in their digital operations while relying on documents that moved across multiple systems.

The observation guided the development of Momofin as a platform that integrates workflow management with document security. MomofinGO manages contract processes supported by digital signatures and e stamps. MomofinAPI enables organizations to connect these features to internal systems. Avento was then created to strengthen protection. Avento Shield applies cryptographic hash technology to maintain document integrity, while Avento Trust uses metadata and vision AI analysis to identify anomalies. These tools equip organizations with safeguards that support reliable and transparent documentation.

Gregorius saw that secure documentation influences compliance, verification, and decision making. Strengthening integrity supports both organizations and communities that depend on accurate information. This understanding shaped Momofin’s focus on building solutions that reinforce confidence in digital environments.

Meeting Challenges and Reaching Key Moments of Impact

As Momofin advanced, the team recognized that many organizations were unfamiliar with the risks connected to unprotected documents. Introducing new security methods required clear explanations about how documents could be altered and how cryptographic technologies provide verification. These efforts helped build market understanding and encouraged organizations to adopt stronger protection practices.

With traction in Indonesia, Momofin prepared to expand internationally. Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines were identified as priority markets, each with specific regulatory standards that required product adjustments. During this process, Avento’s forensic capabilities continued to develop so the product could meet diverse operational requirements.

A defining moment appeared when a major client reported that fraudulent document cases stopped after adopting Avento Shield. The result offered clear evidence that Momofin’s approach addressed a specific operational issue faced by many organizations. Another important milestone came when Momofin supported PERURI in the national adoption of e stamps. This involvement linked the company to a digital initiative that shaped administrative processes across various sectors and demonstrated the relevance of the solutions they developed.

Expanding Through BEKUP Accelerate and the KUMPUL Ecosystem

Momofin’s next steps include international expansion and product development. Australia and New Zealand remain priority markets with strong demand for secure documentation. The team prepared Avento Origin as a tamper proof digital certificate with a dynamic QR code that updates ownership information in real time. The product supports education, finance, and regulatory uses that require verifiable documentation.

Gregorius joined the Baparekraf Scale Up Champions Program, known as BEKUP Accelerate, to strengthen Momofin’s readiness for global expansion. The program is a strategic collaboration between KUMPUL and EKRAF RI that supports post MVP startups through mentoring, pilot project opportunities, and connections with industry contributors and government aligned initiatives. Through this program, Momofin gained access to local integrators who helped accelerate the go to market process. Field experience in Australia provided direct insight into regulatory conditions and customer expectations, which guided refinements in product positioning and expansion planning.

Gregorius hopes to see an entrepreneurial ecosystem that continues to support Indonesian digital products entering international markets. He highlighted the importance of networks such as KUMPUL in providing guidance, industry access, and structured learning environments for founders. With ongoing collaboration, more organizations can benefit from digital security solutions developed in Indonesia.
